Memorable Experience
My most memorable experience is traveling to meet the Transguard team. I worked with the Transguard team for 8 years and had never met any of them in person. We had been working together from different states. This was long before work webcams. This trip made a huge impact on me and how we all worked together going forward. We are no longer voices on the phone but coworkers. And on a side note, if you see the pictures, I am the one with the bright red sunburn.
The Power of Choice
I use the power of choice by choosing excellence every day! Owning decisions in life as well as in work helps us grow. Sometimes these are big decisions and sometimes they are small, but every decision has an impact. You cannot always know what is going to happen, but you can pick the attitude and how you react to it.
I could perform these services for any company. It would be the same job. I am with Careworks because of the people. We are in the business of helping people, but the caring starts in the trenches. We support one another. I may work remotely but I am a part of the Careworks Team. We collaborate, train, research, key claims, but we are more than that. I know I am a strong part of the Careworks family, and that matters.
