Memorable experience:
One of my most memorable moments at Careworks is from 2018 when our entire team at the time all came to San Antonio for a conference. It was great to finally meet a lot of my teammates
in person and get to know them outside of work.
Between meetings, we had several fun team building activities. One day we all went to Top Golf and had a bunch of laughs judging each other’s swings. Another day we volunteered at the San Antonio United Way where we created literary learning bags for kids. I’ve been lucky to stay close with several of the people I met during the conference to this day.
Power of choice:
I knew Careworks was a good fit for me when I saw all the opportunities for growth Careworks had to offer. I started at Careworks at 19 as a Bill Review coordinator and have been able to work my way up through the company and am now the Panel Card Team Manager. In each of my roles through the years I have learned more and more about the industry and am still learning.
