Memorable experience
I had so many memorable experiences attending my first vendor stewardship event in Memphis, TN in 2025. I had the opportunity to meet many amazing colleagues face‑to‑face, visit the beautiful main office, and connect in person with the vendor partners I am fortunate to work with daily.
The relationships I have built since then remind me that I am always supported and part of a true team.

Power of choice
When we choose kindness over frustration and thoughtful action over knee‑jerk reactions, we create a ripple effect. Others notice—and often respond in kindness. We must remember that we can only control our own choices, and we rarely know the full story of what someone else is carrying.
In our industry and in life, using the “power of choice” can make a meaningful difference. Choosing to be inquisitive instead of dismissive can help resolve challenges more effectively. It might even lower the cost of a claim, uncover an injury that might have otherwise gone unnoticed, or, in some cases, save a life.
