Memorable experience

One of my most memorable experiences at Careworks was the opportunity to meet one of our patients in person. This individual had suffered from a bilateral upper extremity amputation due to a work accident. Despite the challenges he faced, he was a ray of sunshine, and radiated positivity and an uplifting spirit.

This experience served as a poignant reminder of the profound difference we can make in our patients’ lives through dedication and care. It was a moment that deeply resonated with me and continues to inspire me in my work.

Power of choice

I use the power of choice by ensuring that our workers’ compensation patients receive the medical care that is most appropriate and best meets their needs. I prioritize maintaining close relationships with our providers to ensure they are consistently delivering high-quality healthcare.

In this industry, we often encounter individuals facing difficult circumstances. I choose to approach every situation with empathy and understanding, ensuring that each patient feels heard and supported.

“This sense of unity and shared purpose is what makes Careworks more than just a workplace — it is a community where we grow, learn, and make a difference together. This realization reaffirmed my decision to join the Careworks family.”
