Memorable experience
I’ve had many memorable moments here, many of which involve being able to build a team of dedicated and hard-working provider contractors. Our team has blossomed and allowed for continual network growth with providers of all sizes. We’ve established great connections with other departments and insured our clients’ needs are being consistently met. Due to the great nature of our team, I get to enjoy this regularly.
Power of Choice
I am constantly pursuing new opportunities for the network to grow. In a perfect world, there would be no work-related injuries. Our goal is to ensure that our clients and their patients have a diverse and cost- effective network to help them when these accidents occur.
My efforts in guiding the team, strategizing on opportunities, utilizing feedback, and establishing new processes increases the quality of life for both our company and injured employees. It has the dual benefit of providing opportunities for my team to show how excellent Careworks is.
