I remember when I first started at Careworks. I knew it was a great fit for me from the moment I joined the team. I saw professionalism and care from every coworker. I believe that this is a need in this industry, and I was so happy to see genuine care for every injured employee.
My most memorable experience at Careworks so far was working with the Ancillary Contract Team to update clients. While working with them, I was able to see 900+ client offices choose Careworks as their ancillary provider.
Power of choice
I believe I use my power of choice everyday while viewing situations that come across me. I try to see situations as an opportunity to utilize the best practices. This includes communicating with clients, working with senior management, and truly listening to colleague input to ensure all ideas are heard in our daily work. I am very proud to work with a company that allows me to work without limits.
