Memorable Experience
My most cherished memory with Careworks began on my very first day. I had been paired up with a colleague to meet and travel to training together in Dallas, and from that moment, we became inseparable—my true ride or die. We started in the field on the same team, advanced to team leads side by side, and now serve together as clinical managers. Our journey has been marked by mutual support, growth, and friendship, making this lasting partnership my most memorable experience here.

For me, the power of choice is all about supporting my team leads and making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. I stay open-minded, listen, and encourage my team to bring their ideas to the table and find creative solutions for any challenge that comes up.
