Memorable Experience
My most memorable experiences come from the relationships I’ve built over the years. I’m proud to say I’ve worked alongside some of the same coworkers for more than half my life. Building lifelong friendships with people who share the same values, goals, and aspirations—and even the same sense of humor—makes the work even more meaningful. Growing together both personally and professionally, while growing alongside the company, has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Taking care of our clients and building relationships with them has also been very fulfilling, but over time I discovered that leadership is where my passion lies.
The Power of Choice
I use the power of choice every day by choosing to do the right thing, even when it isn’t the easiest path. I choose to show up with integrity, help where I can, and look for opportunities to make our operation stronger. Whether it’s supporting my team, developing colleagues, or finding solutions that better serve our clients, I approach each situation with intention. Those daily choices are how I believe I help make this industry better.

Being a Part of the Team
I consider myself one of the lucky ones—having the opportunity to grow alongside both the industry and Careworks throughout my career. Participating in the STAR Leadership program, and now having the opportunity to help facilitate it, is something I will never take for granted. Being able to invest in leadership development, give back, and support the growth of others is incredibly meaningful to me and reinforces why Careworks continues to be the right place for my journey.
