Stepping Into the Role
As the AVP of Managed Care Client Services, my role is to ensure our clients receive exceptional support, strategic partnership, and consistent value from our managed care solutions. My focus is on building strong relationships, understanding each client’s goals, and aligning our internal teams to deliver results that improve outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall experience. I also help guide our client service teams, ensuring we stay proactive, responsive, and fully committed to the needs of the clients we serve.

I knew Careworks was the right fit because the company’s mission and culture aligned with my own values—particularly around service excellence, transparency, and innovation.
