Rejoining Careworks

I began my career at Careworks before it was acquired by Sedgwick. I worked at the company for 17 years from 2000 to 2017, and am so excited to be back as of March 3, 2025. It feels like coming home! Careworks, aside from being supportive to its employees, has numerous opportunities for continued career growth. I resonate with the mission and values of the company, and love that we offer a solution for almost any business need in the managed care space.

Stepping into the role

As a client services manager, I build strong relationships with our clients by ensuring they are getting the most value out of our services, tuning into their unique needs, and individualizing service plans. I also partner with our operations, IT, and sales teams to implement programs and maintain high levels of service in existing programs. I have loved my time at Careworks and feel fully supported as a new employee. It’s an amazing feeling knowing that I can provide value to our clients and their employees right off the bat. Having a supportive team has been awesome.
