Memorable experience
I have a client I’ve been working with for over 10 years now. I helped her land her first job at a store near my house, so I’d often see her there and spend time talking about our lives. Over the years, I got to know her very well, and she even reached out to me when her husband passed away. Just recently, I helped her find a new job that allows her to watch her grandkids after school. Maintaining this relationship and seeing her career growth has been so rewarding.
Power of choice
I use the power of choice to help clients feel confident working with us at Careworks. When meeting a client for the first time, I always remind them that it’s okay to choose another agency if we don’t feel like the right fit. This promotes open and honest communication from the start, which is key to our success together. When clients have the power to choose what works best for them, they’re more invested in our relationship and returning to work.
