Memorable experience
My most memorable experience so far has been meeting colleagues, for example, my manager. We met during a business workshop in New Jersey. Working remotely can feel a bit distant at times, so attending a business workshop with my colleagues and manager was a refreshing change. The environment just felt right. The way the team interacted, the support they offered, and the overall culture aligned with what I value in a workplace.

Power of choice
When I think about the power of choice in credentialing, I see it as the ability to be intentional in how I approach every file, every provider, and every interaction. This industry moves quickly, and the choices we make directly impact patient safety, compliance, and the provider experience. I try to use that responsibility in a few ways like choosing accuracy over speed, communicating proactively, and striving for continuous improvement.
What I value most is the opportunity to lead with intention—choosing accuracy, transparency, and partnership in every situation. Those choices not only support smoother workflows but also help build a culture where people feel supported, informed, and aligned. I’m committed to continuing that leadership, elevating our processes, and helping the organization move forward with confidence and integrity.
