Throughout the interview process, I saw a strong alignment between my experience and the team’s needs. What really resonated with me was learning about Careworks’ direction and the opportunities ahead. Given the volume and richness of the data, I recognized a unique chance to drive meaningful insights and make a tangible impact.
It was also great hearing from the team about their experience working at Careworks, which made me comfortable with the decision I was going to make. In the short period of time that I have been here, it has been great helping colleagues understand their data and helping them make better decisions and have more informed customer interactions.
Stepping Into the Role
What I have enjoyed most is collaborating with colleagues to help them better understand their data and use it more confidently. It has been rewarding to see how that translates into clearer decision-making and more thoughtful, informed conversations with clients.
What stands out to me is how much opportunity there is to build on that. When people feel comfortable with the data and trust what it is telling them, it does not just improve individual decisions—it strengthens how we show up as a team and the value we bring overall.
